- By simply choosing the "PAYMENT" option, your citation will become a conviction on your driving record. The Court will not re-open closed cases if your payment was made in error.
- Before proceeding, please visit the Municipal Court (link) page on the Town of Sunnyvale's website and review your options. If your options are unclear to you or you have any questions, please contact a Court Clerk before proceeding.
- If you would like to set a court date, the request form is available in the link provided above. Court dates are NOT set through the online payment system.
- Your selections within the Municipal Court online system are not submitted to the Court until you make a payment and receive a confirmation.
- Do not begin taking a Driver's Safety Course until you have submitted your request to the Court and have paid your court costs. This can be done online or in our office. A phone call does NOT consitute a request.
- Online payments will be charged a 3.95% processing fee + a $2.50 online payment fee.
